Coach Frank has built his 20 year career in the fields of Sports Medicine, Athletic Performance and Fitness. A former Director at Cris Carter’s FAST Program, Velocity Sports Performance, and other fitness and sports medicine facilities, Frank has trained countless individuals in fitness and hundreds of professional, collegiate, and high school athletes in sport-specific speed mechanics, strength development, and injury reduction. His career highlights include:

  • Produced the #2 NFL draft pick with 4.28 40 yard blazing speed
  • Trained the IBF Light Heavyweight Champion, Glen Johnson, in his victory fight over Roy Jones Jr.
  • Presented at the National Strength & Conditioning Association Sport-Specific Training Conference
  • Trained a mom in losing 31 pounds and 19 inches in 18 weeks

Frank earned his Master’s degree in Kinesiology from Texas Woman’s University and his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo. He is a certified and licensed athletic trainer, certified strength and conditioning specialist, certified personal trainer, and performance enhancement specialist Frank is a fitness junky who is constantly burning his energy reserves running, mountain biking, playing tennis, golfing, and strength training. He played soccer, basketball, and baseball through high school and has since competed in marathons and adventure races to satisfy his competitive appetite. Frank is married and has two children.
