Jim Harris is the Executive Director of FWFC and has been the clubs driving force since his appointment in 2004. FWFC has enjoyed steady growth during his tenure and are now recognized as one the leading clubs in North Texas. His vision and business acumen have helped FWFC to be better organized and be structured in the manner that you would expect of a professionally ran soccer club.

Tarik Guendouzi’s tireless efforts as FWFC Youth Director, since being brought on by the club in 2004, has resulted in FWFC attaining the positive reputation they enjoy presently. Coach Tarik wears many hats in the clubs management operations but his main priority is to oversee the hugely successful FWFC Academy program.

In the UK Ted was The Football Association’s Regional Director of Coaching for the North of England from 1990 until 1998.

From 1993 until 1998 a major part of Ted’s job was as England Women’s National Team Coach where was instrumental in the development of the Women’s game at all levels and took the England Women’s Team to the U.E.F.A. Cup Semi-Finals in 1995, the Quarter Finals of the Women’s World Cup in Sweden in 1995 and qualified for the Atlanta Olympics in 1996.

His work with the F.A. took him to the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Caribbean where he delivered courses to Federation Coaches on Coach Education and Player Development. He was also a senior staff member of the F.A. developing and delivering the full range of F.A. Coach Education Courses throughout England and at the F.A. National Centre, Lilleshall, Shropshire.

Ted also coached in the English Football League with Hartlepool United F. C. where he was First Team Coach.

He also spent 12 years in Saudi Arabia when he was a Lecturer in Physical Education at the University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran. During this time he played and coached in the Saudi Premier League with Al Etifag in Dammam, was a consultant to the Saudi Football Federation advising on Youth Development and coached the Saudi U16 and U19 National Teams.

More recently he was Director of Sport at East Durham College in the North East of England where, in association with a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport, he established National Sports Academies in Soccer, Basketball, Boxing, Rugby, Judo, Modern Pentathlon and Rowing, for elite performers aged 16-18. This proved to be an enormous success, providing the opportunity for young people to reach their full potential in both sport and education.

Prior to moving to Spain Ted was Director of Educational Services for Navigator, a global sports marketing company, working with Governments and Sports Organisations in Europe and Asia.

Men’s Soccer Coach for Nolan Catholic High School and captured the District Championship 2007/2008 and was named District Coach of the Year 2007/2008. Former notable players of Nolan Catholic High School include Alex Torda (University of Dayton) & Stephen McCarthy (University of North Carolina), both on the 2008 Herman watch list.

His valuable experience as a coach and director earned him the position of Goalkeeping Coach at Texas Christian University in 2007. Clementson has a strong background with Newcastle United in England. He served as the Academy Goalkeeping Coach (U8-U19) for the English Premier League Club from 1999-2003. Also during this period he was given the title of Newcastle United European Goalkeeping Scout; responsibilities included: visiting European Countries and assessing the talent of young goalkeepers for the prospect of signing with Newcastle United on a professional contract. Countries visited include Belgium and France. His full assessment on potential goalkeepers were reported to Dutch & A.C. Milan legend Ruud Guilt or Bobby Robson, former England international football player and former manager of several top European clubs and the England National Soccer Team.

Clementson is a manager director of a sports recruitment company for U.S. Universities; achievements include: gaining UK student athletes scholarships to schools were 14 have become All Americans and five have won National Championships. Clementson contains a UEFA “B” and “C” license. The UEFA “B” license is required by anyone who wishes to manage a soccer club in the top level of the nation’s league system on a permanent basis. This license takes 9-12 months to complete, roughly taking around 120 hours of work. A lot of theory is involved with the license including: soccer, food and fitness, injury identification, sports psychology, and player analysis.

His playing experience is just as impressive. Clementson was an England Schoolboy International (7 Caps) U-18 in 1996-1997, from ’97-’98 he was the Central Connecticut State University Goalkeeper and ’97-’98 First Team All Conference NEC. He had profession trials with Brighton and Hove Albion, York City, Newcastle United, Sunderland, Charlton, West Bromwich Albion and Wimbledon. His professional career lasted six years form 2000-2006 with Whitley Bay, Whitby Town and West Allotment Celtic.

Played 38 years of soccer all of which have been at a high level. Been Coaching soccer for about 15 years now. Coaches at Fort Worth Country Day High School.

Starting playing soccer originally in California with Ventura County Soccer Club (Select Club) about 11 years. Then Four years Varsity Soccer, at Oak Park High School (3 years of all CIF first team, and two MVP honors at Oak Park High School).

Played Two years at UNLV (Partial Scholarship)
Played three years at SV Meppen (Professionally) (2nd Budesliga)
Coached 3 years in Germany (As an Assistant) with Emilichliem SV.
Played with Texas Strikers (1st Division) Dallas Soccer League.
Coached 8 Years with Fort Worth Youth Soccer. Coached 4 years at the Club level with FWFC, Select and Academy.
