Chad Naizer brings an energy to coaching that most yearn for. His many years of experience with different age groups as well as both genders give him a unique ability to focus on the details. He has been coaching competitive soccer over 10 years.
Chad comes to us with his “E” coaching license. He puts a strong emphasis on possession and foot skills. He holds interactive and structured practices that keep the children engaged and learning. He wants each child to develop to their full potential, so he will give them the skills and confidence they need to get there. Chad’s meticulous practice drills have produced nothing shy of astounding results. He has a fluid way of progressing from an individual fundamental or tactical drill into a team drill that focuses on actual game situations that emphasize each particular skill.
Chad fosters the belief that playing youth soccer teaches many life lessons such as teamwork, discipline, leadership, creativity, and having fun. Chad believes that development on the youth level is essential for a soccer player’s success and he is committed to players and their families. Chad's teams bring a sense of unity. The players and families all form a close bond with one another.
Chad currently coaches three teams for Fort Worth FC. He has a ’03 girls Division 1 Lake Highlands team, an '06 girls team, and an ’06 boy’s team.
